WP7: Coordination

FORESAW DURATION: 24 months (01.10.2009/31.09.2011)
WP 7, transversal to all the project activities aims at ensuring the optimal management of national and transnational activities.
The objectives are: 1) respect of  the contents and timing of work plan; 2)  creation of conditions for responsible participation of all partners in the planned activities and distribution of tasks according also to specific skills of each partner; 3)  creation of opportunities for discussion and exchange among partners in order to sharing content and working method; 4) management of the relationship with the Executive Agency

Work weplatform to share ways and work methods  at distance;  documentation related to the organization of transnational meetings: agenda and minutes of meeting
